This browsing data is collected anonymously via Google Analytics 4 and does not identify you personally.

We do not operate a contact form. If you contact us directly by email or phone, any personal information you share (such as your name, email address, or phone number) is handled solely to respond to your enquiry.

How Long We Keep Your Data

If you contact us directly by email, correspondence is retained in our email system for up to 2 years, after which it is deleted. If a booking is made, records may be kept for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Anonymous analytics data held by Google Analytics is retained for 14 months by default.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services:

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymous website traffic analysis. Data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.
  • cPanel / hosting provider — our website is hosted on a shared server. Your IP address may be recorded in server access logs for security purposes.

We do not use social media tracking pixels, advertising networks, or any other third-party data collection tools.
